After sending a message to Avast support, no reply after ~15 days

Hello everyone.

I have a problem with Avast Premier, thaat the Webcam shield doesn’t work (doesn’t matter what I choose, it will always let any program use the webcam).
I already tried to reinstall or repair the program, but it still doesn’t work.

I also sent a message to the Avast support, but I still haven’t received any confirmation e-mail about sending the question, or any reply about it.

I sent the message to Avast support on 01/05/2017.
The ID of the support ticket (or something like that) is: 05857366

Do they take that much time to answer question?
