After updating to Windows 11 22H2, Avast causes massive Startup Lag

Hello,

After Windows 11 updated to 22H2, I started to have massive startup delay - 30s before taskbar icons appear, OneDrive icons show up but do not sign in until about 3-4 minutes later, etc etc. My SSD computer that used to have under 1min to desktop and startup item completion, became >5mins.

I started troubleshooting the causes and it was fixed after I uninstalled Avast. I love Avast and would like to continue using it. Any suggestions as to how I may fix this?

Hi, I updated to the latest version, and even tried the beta. Same issue.

Just an update, I have this issue occurring with multiple other antivirus programs.

Definitely related to 22H2, and possibly the common freezing explorer.exe bug with multiple task scheduler entries.

Anyone know how to fix this?
