When I started up my compter today for some reason my CPU usage was all the way up to 100% but I couldnt figure out why. Then I noticed sysconf.exe was running high, and I ran ad aware and avast but neither found the problem. So I googled sysconf.exe and got all these results for some worm called agobot.oy! Any help in removeing this (in plain english) would be soooooo appreciated!

At the taskbar, click Start|Run. Type ‘Regedit’ and press Return. The registry editor opens.
Before you edit the registry, you should make a backup. On the ‘Registry’ menu, click ‘Export Registry File’. In the ‘Export range’ panel, click ‘All’, then save your registry as Backup.
Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE entries:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Configurations Loader
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
Configurations Loader
and delete them if they exist.
Close the registry editor.
