Using pre-defined sites, SafeZone does not automatically open while visiting these sites while using Chrome (most recent version).

I can click on the small blue arrows and SafeZone will open to each site on the list. (see attachment)

I have also tried other banking sites without SafeZone opening automatically.

Anyone else seeing this?

Taken from the help file.
“SafeZone also allows you to create a list of sites that should also be opened in SafeZone. Then, if you are in your regular browser and go to your favorite banking site, it will be automatically opened in the SafeZone.”

Hi Charyb, I have the exact same observations as you have. When you click on the small arrow in the list of predefined sites, the relevant site comes up in the Safezone. Like you, I have not been able to see the Safezone kicking in automatically when I select a predefined website while browsing. I would like to know what needs to be done to ensure that predefined websites will automatically come up in the Safezone.

I am not certain if there is anything we can do other than what we have already done. It still won’t operate automatically.

Thank you for confirming this. I was beginning to think I was the only one.
