Status : I am also using CIS and OA, but when it is about firewalls I am complete NOOB ( Don’t laugh ;D ). With the .462 update I am using the AIS firewall with Default Rules on Auto-Decide.
Problem : When downloading something with Free Download Manager, the AIS Firewall always (re)creates ( a/the same ) rule for every ( part of the ) download ( See screenshot ).
Question : Why does AIS always (re)creates the same rule ??? And what ( custom ) rule would be better to settle ???
Btw I checked in the Firewall Settings - Expert Settings : “Show notifications about newly created “allow” rules” ( didn’t had that before ), so that is how I noticed.

same here w/FDM: rule recreated at each new download;of course if you don’t check the setting to see a pop up when a new rule is created, you might not be aware of it. This said, I’ve noticed the same behavior with downloads, from both fdm or ff native downloader, and CIS asking for a permission each time, so, not remembering the rule, or not bothering referring to it. Might also depend on what you download and where from…
