i have avast sybot spyware and adaware everything seems fine apart from one thing when i scan with these alexa related comes up but if i delete it i cant get on the internet any ideas?

@1) What program do you mean by “spyware” ?
@2) What program gives this alert ? and where is it found ?
please post relevant part of the Log/report
how do you connect to the inet ?
- Are all your above programs UPDATED ?
- Are all windowsupdates applied ?
- What WIN do you have, anyway ?

ok sorry about that i have xp pro and i connect by btbrodband i have spywareblaster and yes all my programs are updated and windows ones
