I’m seeing the same thing across all clients.
I’m showing endpoints back online this afternoon. I haven’t tested further to see if they are responding to commands issued from the web portal.
I could just now establish a premium remote control connection, so it appears functionality has been restored.
I emailed support, likely to an old email address, never got a response apart from email delivery confirmation. I don’t recall what email address we should use for support.
