Hi all.
Purchased a TF201 mid May in NZ, which has seemed to work faultlessly. However, I wanted to access AMS to check out anti-virus updates, schedule scans, and view logs. Issue is, having not accessed AMS since first setting it up, have forgotten and misplaced my 4-6 digit password. Am I able to remedy this?
Thanx to everyone who viewed this without posting a reply… … I sorted this by reading the second set of FAQS and ignored the fact that the instructions for uninstalling state you need to enter the very same password I’d forgotten, which was the driver behind my original post. Fortunately, I was able to uninstall without a password. Reinstalled AMS and chose a more memorable password.
