AMS installed for over 5 months suddenly locked phone "This phone is lost"

I have installed AMS and AT on my Sony Xperia Mini Pro few months back. I do not recall the PIN for it.
Also I do not have recovery phone number set.

I am using the same sim card since the installation.

Couple of days back I restarted my phone after a battery drained out.
AMS locks the phone saying “the phone is lost or stolen.” with buzzer. and email to report the device.

I have tried to unlock it through PIN with no luck

=> Do you remember your PIN? What is the notification when you type your PIN?

Unfortunately I do not remember my PIN.
Every time I enter PIN and press Unlock it just clears the entry box and continues the audio message “This phone is lost or Stolen”

Would you remote control via web portal and unlock the phone?
