Annoying ADs from Avast

Hello, I been a paid user from Avast anti Virus from a while now.
I am writing here because I could not find a place to contact directly Avast with this opinion, is not a technical issue or Virus related.
Since some time now I keep receiving constant ‘alerts’ or pop up from Avast Software, stipulating that my computer ‘may run faster’ or it has many extra software and all type of things to make me buy or pay more for my subscription.

Also the annoying top bar that appear from more often that I would like in the Web browser, displaying ‘coupons’ or offers from websites I visit.
I really like this antivirus software, and I had recommended to several other people but if your company keep doing this type of marketing or propaganda inside a paid software, just as much as a free ware I would definitely un-install it and go with other option that just concentrate to do what I want it to, scan for virus and take care of that.

I don’t need to be reminded to upgrade to something else, nor care about offers and coupons or such.
Please stay doing the great work as so far but stop spamming your paid customers.

Best regards.
Fco.

As has been explained many times, you can disable the pop-ups in the paid versions.

Well, you did install Safeprice. If you don't want it, remove it from the components. Do the same for all other components you don't want. (e.g. CleanUp)

On the main page link that you post, there is not actual contact option.
Yes you can look in forum, yes you can submit a ticket for alert or viruses, but a simple contact for complains?? or suggestions?? there is not actual direct contact the company.

Why I have to manually disable pop up of a software I buy?? I never have to do that with any other software I own.
I don’t think is the correct way to do business. or promote your software.

I just got the antivirus, I didn’t purchase clean up or anything else, why I receive pop up of things I didn’t purchase nor care to do it.

The pop up is very clear and it work just like any other spam ware.
‘We checked your system and found XXX error, please upgrade to this or purchase that to fix it’

That’s not cool IMHO.

Yes there is a contact option > “yes you can submit a ticket”.
