Every 4-5 minutes a message come up on my screen,like i press the button “menu” of my screen but i don’t, it randomly appears.It’s very annoying,any idea?

Isn’t it a problem (mechanical/electrical) in the monitor button (settings)?
Well,if i knew i wouldn’t be here ;D,it appears by it self.
Is anything, say your Keyboard, touching the monitor Display button ?
Seems the switch is activating, or thereś and internal problem electronically with the Monitor, or, less likely the Video Card.
Try turning OFF Comp, and Monitor, pull the Power lead to Monitor OUT, leave 10 mins to half an hour, then plug the Monitor back in, and reboot. Sometimes that’s all it takes for any Electronic gremlin.

Sure looks like a mechanical problem to me also.
