Lol… how many things are wrong with that statement? Give details… why would you not want to know you are under attack? If you don’t want to know about threats uninstall your antivirus.
Possibly they’re asking how to disable Avast’s popup announcing every threat update? and not asking how to actually use Avast?
Avast doesn’t advise of threat ( VPS ) updates as of a few version ago, that option was removed.
