Another call blocker query

With changes to the call blocker the help says "When adding a phone number to your Blacklist, it is no longer possible to import the number from your call log. However, you can still configure Avast Mobile Security to block calls from:

All unknown numbersAll hidden numbersA chosen number from your contacts listA chosen number that you have entered manually into the app

To add numbers to your Blacklist, tap ☰Menu ▸ Call Blocker, then tap the plus icon in the bottom-right corner."

The Call Blocker option is greyed out in the menu though. So are we going to be able to do this or not?

Hi, these changes only apply to Android versions up to 8. For Android 9 we had to remove the feature (grey it out), thanks for understanding.
