I registered a new account using my normal browser.
When I then try to enter the credentials in AntiTheft I get an error message (translated from german):
Connection to Google Cloud could not be established. Check your Google Account.
does your google play store work?

Just a guess: maybe the Avast app has reached its daily request limit of Google Cloud?
no i do not think so our quota is really high
