Hi, I have been using the avast rating system to mark messages as SPAM or Blacklist them for about a week now. I am still getting messages from the same email addresses that I need to manually mark. Am I doing something wrong? Using Outlook 2016.

Hi Val, see if a repair helps…
Repair Avast:
- Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
- Click on ‘Repair’.
- Follow instructions.
- Reboot.
