Anti-theft bricked my phone. Website has no options to restore.

So, mid-road trip in the middle of nowhere, I get a warning saying my phone is stolen. It won’t accept any PIN I may have used (I don’t think I ever set up AT). When I go the site here, it tells me no detailed information is available.

Any tips on a fix I can do without a trip to the provider and with minimal tech skill?

Resetting isn’t possible. Logging into the site to tell it it’s not stolen doesn’t work.

Thanks. That just directs me to these forums. I thought I paid for a subscription at one time, but can’t find any record of it.

In the end, I gave up and did a factory reset. Thanks for the replies.
