Hello, a few questions for you all:

  1. Is there a limit to the amount of devices that the online pc-based portal (my.avast.com) can manage?
  2. How do I allow the online portal to access the IMEI/MEID of my tablets? We are looking to utilize this app on 100+ tablets and not being able to quickly identify our tablets will be an issue.

Thanks for any help, having a lot of trouble figuring out how to directly emailing avast support.

  1. Not offically but the My Avast Account was not designed for “company use” and once it reaches cca 20 devices it starts to be slow and you will probably face issues to use it.
  2. This depends on the device and the security built in by the manufacturer. Not all the devices share the IMEI/MEID to protect the privacy of their users. With high probability you will come across devices where the IMEI/MEID will not be displayed.
