Anti-Theft locked me out & I get error message when trying to reset PIN - HELP!

Avast locked my phone yesterday with a LOUD alarm screaming that, “THIS PHONE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN” over and over again while I was at work. My phone is in MY possession and was NOT lost or stolen.

Now it is locked and I get this error message: “error 403: Disallowed_useragent” when I try to reset the PIN.

I don’t know the PIN – could you please help me unlock my phone?

Do you access Avast Anti-Theft via Avast Mobile Security, or do you have the old Anti-Theft standalone application installed?

Same issue, I have the standalone version.
