Avast web interface says “We are unable to connect to your device” when I try to send “mark as lost” or “locate” commands.
This used to work, haven’t changed a thing, probably an Avast server problem?
Would like to find a solution ASAP, since the phone is actually lost.
No, we have no problem on my avast; did you lost your device? In case of yes, it just means that the bad guy turned off the wifi/4G. Please try to send a SMS or binary message.
I have the same problem on two phones. Was thinking about purchasing the full version to unlock other features, but dont want to, as long as it dosnt work.
