Anti-Theft: We are unable to connect to your device

Hello,

Avast web interface says “We are unable to connect to your device” when I try to send “mark as lost” or “locate” commands.
This used to work, haven’t changed a thing, probably an Avast server problem?
Would like to find a solution ASAP, since the phone is actually lost.

No, we have no problem on my avast; did you lost your device? In case of yes, it just means that the bad guy turned off the wifi/4G. Please try to send a SMS or binary message.

I have the same problem on two phones. Was thinking about purchasing the full version to unlock other features, but dont want to, as long as it dosnt work.

Seems you use an outdated version, there’s no paid version anymore.

Realy? A couple days ago from Google play. And outdated?!

Either your Android version isn’t supported anymore or it hasn’t been rolled out in your region yet.
