Nows the question: Panda seems to have a new feature called: antiphishing-module.
Is this similar to Avast! Webshield??

No. Web Shield scans webpages for malicous files. Anti-phising checks pages and emails for possible scam content like fake bank login webpages or fake emails looking like your bank sent them to you.
Meanwhile, M$ again, is trying to get the browser market share that Firefox took. So M$ decided to incorporate there MSN Toolbar as a way to show off there “Phishing Filter”. :
It seems no one is interested in M$ around here. (I am not, also)
