Hi I’m planning to use winpatrol along with avast! 8 free on windows 7x64, I know winpatrol plus would be better, but from financial reason I prefer the free one, is the free one good enough for protection? And any specific setting using along with avast? How much ram uses? Thank you guys, waiting your answers.
No exclusions or settings need to placed, keep your ears pricked for specials advertised on the winpatrol website as quite frequently there are $10 specials.

Good little program that lets you know what’s been going on on your machine.
On the one occasion when I ever found and reported a problem with it I got an e-mail respopnse from Bill himself(!), and it was soon fixed.
One thing I want to know is the license for life time?
And you just installed without any specific settings to improve the protection?
