Any idea what this is?

My avast blocker keeps popping up saying it blocked a malware, I have run avast and scanned the system but it says it doesn’t find any problems. Here’s the URL that it blocks:

http:// cdn1dload dot com/chrome/url dot php

Any ideas? I have uninstalled and reinstalled chrome thinking that was the problem but everytime I open chrome back up the window pops up again telling me it blocked the URL.

OH thank you!!! I have been trying everything to figure out what is going on, trying to browse with IE or firefox has been excruciating! ;D

If you run AdwCleaner in the list that may well cure it
