I noticed that Avast One was recommending turning on Secure Boot which is something that shouldn’t be done on an AMD machine. As to this date at least to my knowledge Microsoft has never fixed the incompatibility issue Secure Boot has with some AMD drivers mainly on gaming PC’s. Turning on Secure Boot on an AMD PC can cause system instability and BSOD’s. So until MS actually fixes the problem Secure Boot should never be recommended on an AMD PC and honestly after 4 years it’s doubtful MS will ever fix it. Cause if someone unknowledgeable was to turn on Secure Boot they could really have problems.
