When using Avast Cleanup, and I delete any .apk files, will the associated programs run normally?

it’s exactly like you’ve said. Deleting installed APK file doesn’t affect associated application in any way. You can delete it without worries and free some more space of your device storage.

Jiří is on holiday at the moment. Regarding your question - we do not know, it is up to what are these jsons necessary for. I would not delete it unless you are sure these files are not connected to any application.
