App functionality missing between Avast Cleanup app on phone vs tablet

I have Avast Cleanup v4.18.0 (800006358) installed on a ZTE (Z836BL) Android version 6.0.1. Where I noticed that it has a setting that the same version of Avast Cleanup on my SM-T580 Samsung Tablet Android version 8.1.0 doesn’t have, and that is the “Home Screen Shortcuts” option in the Settings are MISSING on the SM-T580 version (intentional or not ?)

This is also missing the “Obsolete APK detection” in the Real-time Detection setting on the Tablet version. (screenshot from phone version)

Hopefully avast will shine some light on why this is.
