Asheserv process : long time to load

Hi,

In the last version of Avast, I noticed that ashserv process takes more time to load at the boot (and use more CPU ressource) than the previous version. Will it take a shorter time to load in the next version ?

Falcon, I have installed avast in a new Windows installation… wow, very fast and cool.
In fact, I think you should have changed other things that interact with the antivirus: firewall, windows services, startup programs, etc.
I don’t think - but I’m not sure - that anything changed for bad in last version…

Which is your sensitivity level of protection? Standard Shield is on High or Normal level?

I installed Avast in a new windows installation too, every level is on normal.

I checked Startup manager and I have all that I need only (like before upgrading Avast).

Any other idea ?
