I don’t think you’ll find it if you’re using Windows 2000/XP or you don’t have Internet mail provider installed.
Yes operation system is Win 2000.
It’s not needed anymore (since avast 4.5), mail scanning is automatic.
Except for Win9x systems, remember Vlk?

No, it’s not… I do have it too and I never had other OS than XP in this computer.
The file is there but if you run it you’ll see that it does ‘nothing’ but warning you it is not necessary to run it into XP\2k as the email scanning is transparent with NT systems 8)
