Hello everyone,
I have attempted to cancel my subscription (Avast Premium Security).
The cancellation appeared to process fine, but I haven’t received a refund.
I am from Australia, and the phone support number just takes me through an infinite loop of options, but no access to a real person to talk to.
Is there some way I can speak to someone to find out when/if the refund will appear in my account?
Any advice is greatly appreciated
