If you are here because you are having a problem that you think is avast! related we are sorry that you are having a problem and are here to help. When posting please keep in mind that many of us here to help do not get paid for volunteering our time and sharing our knowledge.
We have all been there and expierenced the frustration of having computer problems that require someone else’s help to fix. We are doing our best to help so please try and understand that often this is not an easy job especially when you do not have access to the computer of those seeking help. So sometimes we may not be as polite as you would expect and want. It doesn’t mean that we don’t care because we do.
