Attivazione licenza / license activation

Ho appena scaricato l’ultima versione di Avast Free Antivirus versione 2014.9.0.2021 e quando cerco di inserire la chiave di licenza che ho ricevuto via email, mi dice che non è corretta.

Se invece disinstallo Avast e reinstallo una vecchia versione di maggio 2014 e poi inserisco la stessa chiave di licenza che ho ricevuto, allora me la convalida e riesco ad attivare il programma per 12 mesi.

Siete a conoscenza di qualche bug sugli ultimi setup?

I just downloaded the latest version of Avast Free Antivirus version 2014.9.0.2021 and when I try to enter the license key that I received via email, it tells me that is not correct.

If I uninstall Avast and reinstall an older version of May 2014, and then insert the same license key I received, validation, and then I can not activate the program for 12 months.

Are you aware of some bugs on the latest setup?

It’s not that you can’t activate for 12 month but that it’s been activated and the activation is good for 12 month.
Do a right click on the avast! icon and choose update then select program.
After the program updates, reboot.
Your updated program should still have that same expiration date. :slight_smile:
