Auto-renew of VPN - payment taken but VPN says expired

Hi
an anybody help? I’ve had my monthly payment taken by auto-renew for VPN but it’s showing as expired on the dashboard.

When logging in the view the sales order history, it brings up this message:

Order Date: 23/05/2017

Error:
We are unable to process your request at this time. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.
Error Number: SYS_000003

So, I’ve had the monthly payment taken but not getting the VPN service. Any ideas??
