Auto-Renewal cancelation needed

Hello, it seems that im unable to cancel mu auto-renewal subscription for Avast Internet Security… well i tried many many time and i had a message saying : we’re sorry but we couldn’t cancel your auto-renewal subscription. How can i do it then? im running out-of-time, it’s the last day before it’s auto-renewed :frowning: any help please.

Below is the mail that was sent to me from Avast:

This is just a reminder that we will automatically convert your Avast Internet Security (60-day Trial) - 1 PC, 1 Year subscription (Order ID: 15469511462) to a full version soon.

If you disabled automatic renewal please disregard this notice.

No action is required on your side.
