I am running a scheduled scan automatically each morning. I leave my computer on to allow it to scan and it does the scan. It doesn’t shut down though, so my computer is n all day doing nothing

wake up from sleep mode hardly work for many so I’m not surprised; seems Avast has issues interfering properly with power management on many systems.
Yah but shutdown has worked for me before so I don’t know what’s up
