Hey i wanna remove my autorenewal but i cant find my order number. where i can recover it ?
Or can staff remove it for me. i made ticket over week ago and no one answered ever #58022

When did you submit the ticket?
The process can take 7-10 “Business” days to complete. Adding to existing ticket or creating a new one only puts you at the back again.
The order number is in the email you received af the purchase.
If it was handled by Digital River and you used a credit card there is no order number needed.

Its over a year when i got my licences. i cant find the numbers in my email anymore since avast cleans my mailbox time to time.
Allso i cant seem to find place where to put my card number.

Looks to me it is very clear where you put the last 5 numbers of your card to login.
