I foolishly allowed it to update the software automatically (not the dictionary). And again, it came back with the free version as it did many times before. The free version does not have the firewall or internet security which the premium version has.
When I opened it to see what happened, it said I’m registered. Then it’s asking me to pay for the premier version, which I have for the last three years!!!
This is not the first time it happened! I’ve been happy with the performance, but this is getting ridiculous. See screen shot of email I received to remind me that the renewal is coming up to prove that I have been paying for the last three years!
Good thing my renewal is coming up Nov 11! Guess what! Not this time if you can’t figure outhow to update without screwing up, how can I trust it to protect my system???
BTW, your captcha code to post this is impossible to decipher. I had to ask to give me a different one almost 12 times before I finally figured out what letters it was displaying. Another ridiculous waste of my time! I guess you figure if it becomes impossible to post, then nobody has to respond.
