Regards willy3631

the problem is it will not load at all just stops at pass word

  1. Remove NAV or Norton 360 through Add/Remove programs from Control Panel. Boot.
  2. Use Norton Removal Tool for Windows 2000/XP/Vista or Norton Removal Tool for Windows 98/Me. Boot.
  3. Install avast! (or repair the installation) and boot.

The Norton Removal Tool uninstalls all Norton 2008/2007/2006/2005/2004/2003 products and Norton 360 from your computer.

@Tech: He meant Antivirus360.

@willy3631: I suggest you try SuperAntiSpyware Free or MBAM.

Welcome to the forums, Willy. :slight_smile:

Try starting your computer in Safe Mode and then run the 2 programs Jtaylor suggested.

You can alway go in the web shield of avast and block the website related to av360 or another website that your son will cant go

Sorry, my fault.

Unmark the autorun of the malware, make this with CCleaner in the option Tools, Atorun, I think that the entry have the name of the rogue. After, restart your computer and make an scan with avast but up to date.

Sorry for my english, is not good
