Avast 12.3.2280 already available ?

The Avast GUI is telling me that version 12.3.2280 is already available ???
And I am definitely not on the Beta channel.

Can anyone else confirm this ?

Strange that they release it just days after the 12.3.2279 release.
Maybe there is urgent reason we don’t know about.

And they are still messing with the Network profiles of the Firewall.
After updating Avast and rebooting, SecureLine can’t connect untill you delete - and let it recreate its Network profile.
Why Avast ?

I just updated (from 12.1) via the internal updater, and received 12.3.2280

2280 fixes:

  • Slowing down computer during installation

  • Unavailability to install another language during installation than the detected

Saw this in another post - about a Beta release, though I see in my GUI that indeed 2280 is available:

Whew. I updated last week to 2280 and for a few seconds I said, “Oh, no!” when I saw an [shadow=red,left]X[/shadow] over the Avast icon in my Tray.

It was gone shortly. Everything seems ok.
