AVAST 2015 pro block everything

Dear All,

Our Company are using AVAST 2015 pro. One of our user clicked for some pop up message from avast and now she could not send email open a file two times print to pdf. I could not find where can i restore tha avast to normal work. If i turn out avast everything is working well. I checked the quarantine blocked files…etc and i didn’t find any problem.

Please someone help me!

Have you tried to restart pc?

Have you tried avast repair?
Control panel > ad/remove programs > avast > uninstall/change > repair option

Yes i tried. After computer restart it works for some file opening. And an email sneding after comes the problem again :frowning:
