avast! 4.7 home port blocking with Outlook Server/OLfolders

Hi,

I have a problem with Outlook Server/OLfolders (Quester Software). The support there claims that the p2p or network module of avast! (or a possible avast firewall-if it has one) is blocking the connection between PC and Notebook. The Outlook Network software needs mainly port # 20002. Where and how can I check whether it is open or may I enter this port into avast as a new allowed connection?! Thanks for any advice (as well on similar problem solutions).

avast is not a firewall, just an antivirus.
It can’t block connection. Mostly, it can only scan traffic.
Which is your firewall? Which is your operational system?
