I would like to say that I find not only the version that I currently use to be great, but all versions of Avast since I jumped ship from AVG have proved to be the very best in AV protection and absolutely no problems whatsoever when retrieving updates to the virus database and or program updates.
I am a happy Alwil customer, and have been since I first installed Avast.
Can I just take this opportunity to wish everyone on this forum and the team at Alwil a very Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year 2009 when it comes.
