Avast 5.0.594 Pro blocking Dell V715W printer?

Hi,
I just installed Windows 7 and just downloaded Avast 5. I have had issues where the pc cannot communicate with my Dell V715W printer, I assumed it was the dell drivers but I went through the dell printer support software and found that it was Avast blocking dleewbgw.exe and dleecoms.exe. I tested by shutting down Avast and my documents print fine. How can I permanently fix this please?

Avast shouldn’t be blocking your printer. Did you reboot in between your installations and downloads?

Also, what security software do you have on your machine, both previous and current and how did you remove them previously?

I rebooted during installation when required. Just Avast and windows firewall. The HDD was formatted and a new clean install of Windows 7 Pro (64bit).

I was on Vista 32 HP with Avast 4 with no issues.

How did you uninstall or remove Avast 4 and install 5.0.594?

Fresh install after installing windows 7.

Exclude the related printer files/directories in avast…!
