I want to know how many i should change from the default settings?

Initially, I would not recommend changing anything from the default settings until you are comfortable with the software. However if there is something you need to change, for example if you need to use a proxy, or something else in order to make the software work, please ask a specific question so that we can help you with that and instruct you how to make the change. Thank you.
It is better for you to leave it in the default setting’s until you really get to know it because it’s already set for best speed and protection.
Really no need to change anything. It works well, as installed on default settings.
If there is something you would like more control or different action for, please ask regarding each item.
