The topic of avast!5 beta says that it’s nearly totally finished, and nearly everything works (including update!), so I downloaded and installed it. Now I have program verison 5.0.150, and virus database 091009-0 (release date: 2009 - 10 - 09). But when on the main frame I press the button and it shows up details it says that virus database is out of date. I press update, it searches and checks the files on the server I guess, but anyway it says database is already up to date. After that it still shows that virus databases are out of date. I tried to update the whole engine and everything from menu Maintenance, but nothing has helped so far.
dont worry… the update is already loaded though it stated that it’s out of date(restarting the pc fix the problem in some cases)
that will be fixed in the next beta refresh…
