Avast 5 Internet Security firewall doesn't work. (fixed)

I upgraded to Avast Internet Security but after rebooting avast said my firewall service is stopped and the fix or start button don’t work.

please help, Thank in advance

the original file is to large but here is a copy, hope it helps

To fix the service, open Program Features control panel, and select Repair. This will install the firewall driver and other remaining services.
