Since I was on avast 6 I don’t have any problems regarding on booting up or shutting down, and when I upgraded to avast 7 it takes forever to shutdown so I know avast 7 is the cause of slow shutdown… So can you fix this error?
the avast7 is a faulty application…just remove it and downgrade to avast6 if u lyk her voice
Is there other way? I like the new features of Avast 7… so I don’t want to downgrade to avast 6… So I wish they fix all bugs and errors to the next program update…
remove any other av if u have…theres a conflict
Yeah I know I only have Avast as my AV…
@ the OP: don’t take that advice into account : … do not downgrade … try repairing your install or re-install it from scratch. If nothing changes, then the devs might ask you to post some logs and help you troubleshoot the issue.
you’re saying this ???

I don’t think re-install is not good idea, because I see some topic related to avast 7 that uninstall/reinstall doesn’t fix some freezes or hang… the problem is the version 7.0.1407, why don’t you try to make new program update??
1 I personnally have no issues with V7
2 I’m a user here, not an Avast team member
3 it’s up to Avast to determine if an update is necessary … if there’s something to do, an update will be released, if it takes time, that only means that they’re working on it.
OK I can wait Avast release new update… I don’t have any problems regarding on V7 except sometimes my laptop takes forever to shutdown…
Thanks for your help…
