AVAST account cancellation and refund

I received an auto-renewal of my premier and cleanup products.
I do NOT want to renew.
I do NOT have my order # for either product.
I have sent two requests to the AVAST support site, and have received no reply from them.

I want a refund as they say I can get within the 30 days of the renewal as promised.

My Bank account was also debited from avast and i do not authorise such deduction, why cant avast send a mail to confirm if i want to be subsribed… plz i need a refund. ASAP
