Since the CloudCare forum is being ignored, I thought I would repost this here. The agent version of Cloudcare for new installations is a couple of versions newer than the agents already installed in CloudCare. But, the old versions still show as current. Is this by design, or is something broken? I had contacted tech support a few weeks ago on this, and they said the new version should automatically roll out.
It looks like a recent prtal update fixed this issue. As of January 17th, 2025, my clients are getting the agent updates randomly, which would be as expected. And the outdated versions are now showing in red.
