Avast Allow List Not Saving After Restart

I’ve encountered an issue with Avast’s Allow List and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

Here’s what’s happening:

  1. When an app is blocked, I get the usual Avast popup.
  2. I click the “Allow app” button on the popup to add it to the Allow List.
  3. Everything seems fine at this point.
  4. However, when I restart my computer, the Allow List clears itself.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior? It’s quite frustrating to have to re-allow applications after every restart.

Just the same problem, it’s really annoying. Every day I have to allow A LOT of programs, all of them are standards (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).

Interesting, I just told Avast Support about the issue, hopefully they will fix it within the weeks/month.
