Hi,
I want to update this topic on the issues that Iāve had. I communicate this issue to avast support through ticket #219515.
First, looks like avast support team considers this issue Iāve had is usual, how can this be considered as an usual issue when the issue adversely affects the performance of my computer?
Iāve been telling him about the issues that Iāve had, avastsvc.exe always using 25% of CPU usage even when my computer is idle. Iāve given some screenshots task manager when my computer is idle (when I did not run any application). And I have also been informed of this issue has been going on since I have not installed any applications on my computer (fresh install of windows), except for Avast.
Then I provide support package file I got from avast support tool and they say the possibility of incompatibility with my other application. It seems he do not pay attention to the description I gave earlier (this issue has been going on since I have not installed any applications!).
And he recommended a tool called Process Monitor, with this tool I can identify the source of my problems with ease. I give Process Monitor screenshot, you can see a screenshot similar to the one I gave to Avast Support.

As you can see avastsvc.exe is doing something about avast5.ini file, and it happens constantly. Process Monitor captures all activity processes running on my computer, but it most often arises is avastsvc.exe process. I think this is what makes avastsvc.exe using high CPU usage.
And he said this did not happen on clean OS, it is associated with a variety of program settings, and others. Once again he did not pay attention to the information already give that this issue has happened when I have not installed any applications other than avast. And he said this issue will only appear briefly and will be lost once the computer is restarted. Seriously? Because Iāve done a shutdown-restart a few times and avastsvc keep using high CPU usage.
Recently he told me, Avastsvc.exe is using the right amount of cpu.
25% of CPU usage is right? When I do not run any program?
I think the 25% of CPU usage is large enough for an antivirus product that displaying the slogan āAV Comparatives - Antivirus with the lowest impact on PC performanceā on their homepage.
And I have to wait long to get any reply from him, it is very disappointing avast support team in handling the issues experienced by users.
This issue is still happening to me until now, whether the members here can help me? I would greatly appreciate it.
