Avast and DigitalPersona finger print ID

I use my finger print scanner on my laptop to log into most websites and after installing Avast It no longer works. Does anyone know what I can do to get that working again? I looked through a lot of the settings and nothing pops out as being the part that is blocking it.

When I run my finger print it comes up not recognizing a login screen. =(

any help would be great.

Check your firewall settings and make sure that you allow avast! access to the internet.
avast! doesn’t block, it only scans.
